Here we pride ourselves on developing long-lasting mentoring relationships between students and their teachers. Anyone can read off a script and teach you how to do some questions. We choose only teachers who are truly passionate and love what they do. Many are senior medical students themselves who have been through the same journey you/your child is on. They understand that beyond the content and test-taking, there is a mental fortitude and perseverance that is necessary to see success. They genuinely want to see their students become their colleagues.

FAQ
Got any questions?
The UCAT 1-on-1 Mentorship program directly follows the UCAT Mastery Program. You are paired with a mentor who will follow you till your UCAT exam. They will work with you through weekly or fortnightly online lessons on your specific weaknesses. The reason our group lessons only last one term is because UCAT is a very different type of exam to traditional content-heavy exams like Physics or Chemistry. There is a finite amount of theory and most of it is down to learning how to apply strategies. Any course that spans longer than a term is just spreading the same content out over a much longer period than necessary. Instead, in our experience every student has very different and specific weaknesses in their ability to apply the strategies we teach. Given how valuable time is during Year 12, it would be a waste of time to sit in a group UCAT class after you have already learned the fundamental solving strategies. That is why our UCAT Mastery Program is one term and we advise people to do it early so they have more time with their mentor to work on applying what they have learnt.
We provide you with a refund if you are not happy with your first lesson however we do not do free trials.
Sri who scored 3500 which is one of the highest in UCAT history will be teaching this class. He will also be running the online tutorials and also the 1-on-1 drop-in sessions.
We believe that the only way teachers can meaningfully engage students is by having their attention wholly focused on the students in front of them. That’s why we only offer an in-person, face-to-face stream for students.

Not a single course across Australia comes close to the level of interaction between mentor and student. You’ll find plenty of Question Banks and faceless companies that offer the same run-of-the-mill stuff.

We commonly get requests for 1-on-1 UCAT tutoring. We do offer this so please contact us so that we can co-ordinate you with a tutor that fits your needs.
Most people prepare a year in advance. Since students sit the UCAT in July and August of Year 12, then they will usually start preparing in Year 11 during September or October. This gives them around a year and helps spread the load since Year 12 academics is content heavy at school and they will have less time. Also helps them get used to applying the strategies they get taught, to solve questions.
The UCAT results are only valid for the year in which they are applying for Medicine. For example if you sit it in 2024, you can only use it to apply to medical school in 2024, for programs starting in 2025. This means there is no point in sitting the UCAT exam early.
No. It is only valid for the current admission cycle?
